How It Works
Step 1
New customers can submit a loan application to lyonfinancial.net/apply
Step 2
Lyon Financial will review the application and alert the customer when a conditional approval is obtained.
Step 3
When the customer is approved, the contract received, and final numbers confirmed, we will issue the loan documents. When the loan documents have been signed by the customer, a “Clear to Start Construction” email will be sent to the customer and contractor notifying you that construction may begin.
Step 4
For Final Payment, we will require a Signed Verification Form, Signed Completion Certificate (if applicable) and photo of the completed project.
